Ingredients
4cupsbroccoli, small pieces
2cupssweet corn, canned
3 ouncesbacon , crumbled
1cupcarrots, shredded
1 cupred pepper, chopped
For the dressing:
2/3cupmayonnaise
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
3tablespoonsmilk
1tablespoon sugar
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the chopped vegetables and bacon in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Stir the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl until combined. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir until coated. Refrigerate the salad until ready to serve. Add salt as needed.
