Broccoli Ramen salad comes together in 15 minutes and is so tasty paired with chicken or beef. Need a fresh new salad, this one is a pleaser!

Ingredients
3ouncesramen noodle soup mix, chicken flavor
3tablespoonsunsalted butter
1/2cupsunflower seeds
2tablespoonssesame seeds
16ouncesbroccoli slaw
1/4cupsugar
1/4cupbalsamic vinegar
3tablespoonsolive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove the seasoning packet from the noodle package and reserve for use in the dressing. Add broken ramen noodles to the skillet and saute while stirring constantly until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add sesame seeds and sunflower seeds, stir for one more minute and remove from the heat. Set aside.
To a large salad bowl, add the broccoli slaw. Top it with the noodles and seeds.
In a mason jar or a dressing shaker, place the sugar, vinegar, olive oil and ramen seasoning packet. Cover with a lid and shake well to combine. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to coat.
Refrigerate the salad until ready to serve. This salad tastes best when made in advance, allowing the flavors to absorb into the salad. Recipe makes 6 servings.
