Notes
What is dried milk?Dried milk, also known as powdered milk, can be found in the grocery store in the coffee or baking aisle. It is added to these cookies to make them rich and delicious. Using dried milk is a great way to add the taste of milk, or creaminess, to recipes without adding extra liquid. Use it in baking or stir it into coffee to give it a creamy consistency. Dried milk has a long shelf life and is a versatile ingredient.
