Frosted Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Ingredients
- 15 ounces Spice Cake mix, Duncan Hines Perfectly Moist
- 15 ounces pure pumpkin, Libby's
- 16 ounces Frosting, Duncan Hines Creamy Vanilla or Cream Cheese
Instructions
- Mix the cake mix and the pumpkin in a medium bowl until combined. Use a small scoop to place rounded balls (about 2 tablespoons) of batter onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the cookies in a 350 degree oven for 13-15 minutes until set and cooked through. Place the cookies on a wire baking rack to cool before frosting them.
- Frost each cookie with a small amount of frosting. Recipe makes 30 cookies.
