Ingredients
Crust:
3cupsgraham cracker crumbs
1 1/2sticksbutter, melted
1/4cupsugar
Pie:
14ouncessweetened condensed milk
1wholelemon, juiced
1/4cuporange juice
3cupspeaches, frozen
1tablespoonlemon peel, grated
1 1/2cupsheavy whipping cream
1mediumpeach, fresh, for garnish
Pour evenly into pie crusts. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
Instructions
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in a bowl.
Press the mixture on the bottom and sides of each pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes, remove from the oven and cool.
Put all of the pie ingredients in the blender, except the heavy whipping cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
In a medium bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the peach mixture.
Pour evenly into pie crusts. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
Add fresh peach slices and more graham cracker crumbs to the top and edges of the pie for a pretty presentation. Each pie makes 8 servings. Recipe makes two 9-inch pies.
