Ingredients
Ranch Butter
1/2cupunsalted butter, at room temperature
1teaspoondried dill
½teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoondried parsley
½teaspoonsea salt
Zesty Italian Butter
1/2cupunsalted butter, at room temperature
½teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
1teaspoonItalian Seasoning
1teaspoongarlic, minced
½teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Combine butter, spices, and herbs in a small bowl. Transfer to a piece of wax or parchment paper.
Roll and shape the butter into a log and fold the ends of the parchment paper together. Label the butter and freeze for an hour.
When frozen, slice into discs to use in your favorite recipes. This recipe makes two 1/2-cup sticks of herbed butter. Each stick makes 8 servings.

How to make foil packets for the grill?
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place corn from one ear and one sliced potato in the center of a large piece of foil that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Place one disc of Ranch Butter on top of the vegetables.
Fold the edges of the foil to the center and seal the top and sides of the foil packet. Make a second foil packet with remaining ingredients.
Grill both packets at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow foil packets to cool slightly before cutting open.
