Honey Garlic Lime Salmon is simple to make, yet it is healthy and flavorful. The recipe combines honey, garlic and citrus to make a glaze.

Ingredients
24ouncessalmon, 4 fillets
2largelemons
1largelime
1/3cupbutter, melted
1/4cuphoney
1tablespoongarlic, minced
1tablespooncilantro to garnish, fresh, optional
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Make a foil tray with aluminum foil by folding up the sides. Put the foil trays on a baking sheet and spray each with cooking spray. Put two pieces of salmon in each tray on top of slices of lemon and lime. Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
In a small saucepan, heat the honey, garlic, butter and juice from two lemon slices over medium heat. When the butter is melted and all is combined, spoon the butter mixture over the salmon.
Bake the salmon in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through. Recipe makes 4 servings.

Garnish the Salmon with cilantro and serve with your favorite side and some /lime or lemon slices. The cilantro really makes the dish! I served the salmon over creamy noodles and broccoli, it tastes as good as it looks.
