Peach BBQ Sauce is the perfect addition to Grilled Pork Chops in the summer. Making homemade BBQ Sauce is easier than you think and so tasty.

Ingredients
4largepeaches, peeled and cut into chunks
2tablespoonscanola oil
2mediumsweet onions, diced
2teaspoonsgarlic, minced
1 1/2cupsbrown sugar, packed
1/3cupapple cider vinegar
2/3cupCoca-Cola, or Root Beer
1/2teaspoonred pepper flakes
2tablespoonsyellow mustard
Pork Loin Chops, seasoned and grilled
Instructions
Puree the peaches in a blender or food processor until smooth, set aside.
Add the oil, onions and garlic to a large saucepan. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the peach puree and the remaining ingredients to the onions and garlic and simmer uncovered on low for 45 minutes. You will need to stir the mixture occasionally as it thickens. Remove the pan from the heat, it will continue to thicken as it cools.
Season your pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika and grill them for 6-7 minutes on each side. Serve the chops with the Peach BBQ Sauce and some summer side dishes.
Put the remaining sauce in a jar and label it with name and the date. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to a month. Recipes makes 3 cups of sauce.
Notes
Most homemade condiments are simple to make and taste so much better. Coca-cola adds some richness and sweetness to this recipe. You can use root beer or any dark cola. Then serve this Peach BBQ Sauce on pork, chicken, fish or burgers. It just might become a family favorite.
