Ingredients
1poundribeye steak, shaved thin
1mediumonion, sliced
1large yellow bell pepper, sliced
4slicesprovolone cheese
2tablespoonunsalted butter
4Brioche buns
Season with: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, OR use your favorite steak seasoning
Instructions
Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat. Add the unsalted butter.
Slice the yellow pepper and onion into thin strips. Add them to the pan. Add salt and black pepper. Cook for about 6-8 minutes to soften.
Add the shaved beef, garlic powder, and paprika to the skillet. Turn the beef until it browns evenly, shredding it and cooking for 4-6 minutes. This can also be done on a griddle.
Turn off the heat and add slices of provolone on top of the beef in the skillet. Cover with a lid for one minute.
Place beef mixture and melted cheese on buns and serve immediately. Makes 4 sandwiches.
