6largeeggs, hard boiled, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
3tablespoonsmayonaisse
2tablespoondill relish
1teaspoonmustard
1pinchsalt and pepper
1teaspoonsmoked paprika to garnish
Instructions
How to make a perfect hard-boiled egg:
Place your eggs in COLD water in a medium saucepan. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow the eggs to sit in the pan of hot water for another 8 minutes.
Run very cold water over the eggs to cool. Crack and peel them under running water. The eggs turn out perfect every time.
How to make deviled eggs:
Cut your hard-boiled eggs in half. Place them on a plate. Remove the yolks and add them to a small bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Using a teaspoon, fill each egg with a spoonful of filling.
Garnish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika or fresh dill sprigs. Recipe makes 12 deviled eggs.

Notes
Deviled Eggs can be made a day ahead and kept covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Any leftovers you have can be turned into egg salad sandwiches or a garnish for salad.
