Put dips and spreads in small bowls and place them in separate areas of your tray or board. Roll the salami into tubes and place it on the tray. Arrange dippers, like crackers, pretzels and fresh veggie strips, around the bowls of dip.
Fill open areas of the tray with remaining items in groups, placing them close to complementary items. Garnish the board with fresh herbs, a drizzle of honey over the goat cheese, and a few slices of lemon. Cover and keep the tray refrigerated until ready to serve.
Add miniature serving spoons, small tongs, and cheese knives to the tray before serving. Be sure to have napkins, small plates and forks for your guests to use when eating from this spring charcuterie board. Recipe serves 10 people.

Notes
Tips for making the best Charcuterie Board
SELECT A TRAY, BOARD OR PLATTER that is big enough to hold the items you want to serve. I always pick one based on the number of people I want to serve. If using a shallow basket or wicker tray with gaps, cover the bottom of the tray with parchment paper to keep your items from slipping through the cracks.
GATHER SMALL CONTAINERS including bowls, Mason jars, and small plates to use for dips, spread, veggie strips, and other wet items for the board.
GROUP ITEMS that naturally go together on the board, like dip with fresh veggies or hummus with sturdy seed crackers. It makes for a better experience for your guests when they can easily grab a few things at a time.
ADD SMALL SERVING UTENSILS, like spoons for dips, tongs for crackers and cheese, toothpicks for fruit, or cheese knives for spreads and soft cheeses to the charcuterie board before serving.
USE SWEET AND SAVORY ITEMS to make sure that all of your guests can find something they like. Some will like small cookies and sweet fruits will others might enjoy French Onion Dip and crunch salty crackers.
