As a Community Cook for Taste of Home, I recently received a TOH Special Delivery, which included a cookbook, an apron, and some new kitchen tools. Today, I wanted to share the cookbook with you. It is called EVERYDAY SHEET PAN and is full of amazing recipes that cook on a sheet pan, which means easy preparation and easy clean-up for most recipes.
New Recipes to try:
As I was browsing EVERYDAY SHEET PAN, I made a list of new recipes to try. While I have already made a few, there are so many more that I want to make. The first one is Coconut-Macadamia Sheet-Pan Pancakes. Such a fun and easy way to serve pancakes without having to stand at the stove or over a griddle flipping pancakes. And the tropical flavors go nicely with fresh pineapple.
Another recipe that’s on my list is Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Pizza. A tasty mashup of pizza and classic BLT sandwiches. Doesn’t that sound delicious?! I can’t wait to try this one. My family loves anything with bacon, lettuce and tomato.
But the recipe that excited me the most was Sheet-Pan Bacon and Eggs Breakfast. This recipe combines hashbrowns, bacon, pepper jack cheese, cheddar cheese and eggs all on one sheet pan. Breakfast can’t get an easier than that. And you can adjust the recipe to serve a few or only one person. What a great Sunday breakfast or easy weeknight meal!
Other recipes like Hobo Dinner, Broccoli Beef Braids, Mexican Roasted Potato Salad, Avocado Crab Boats, and Roasted Strawberry Sheet Cake will also be ones that I make for my family. There are so many tasty recipes to choose from.
