This recipe for Chocolate Covered Strawberries is simple, yet offers a real 'WOW' factor when shared with someone you love.

Ingredients
20strawberries
16ouncesCandiQuik, or chocolate almond bark
1/4 cupcrushed candy pieces
1/4cupchocolate sprinkles
1/4cupsprinkles, white or red
Instructions
Wash the strawberries and lay them on a towel. Make sure they are completely dry before dipping. Leave the green tops on the berries.
Pour sprinkles and candy pieces into separate bowls.
Put 2 blocks of Candi-Quick (16 ounces) in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir gently. Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again, chocolate coating should be soft and smooth.
Holding each berry by the leaves, dip and roll until covered with chocolate. Allow excess to drip off. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is soft, if desired. Place the berries on a piece of parchment paper until chocolate is hardened. Recipe makes 20 chocolate covered strawberries.

Notes
Pro Tip:Add one tablespoon of coconut oil to 16-ounces of chocolate when melting. It will thin the chocolate slightly, while making it glossy and smooth. It will also prevent the chocolate from seizing up as you keep it warm for dipping the strawberries.
