Using a food processor allows you to make Homemade Pie Dough in a matter of minutes. You can use this pie dough to make a variety of recipes.

Ingredients
1 1/3cupsall-purpose flour
8tablespoonsunsalted butter, COLD and cubed
6tablespoonsCOLD water
Instructions
Place the flour and the COLD cubed butter in the food processor and cover. Pulse the mixture 9 or 10 times to combine the flour and butter into pea-size chunks.
Add the cold water slowly while pulsing 3 or 4 more times until the mixture mostly comes together in a ball.
Place the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and bring it together with your hands to combine the dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
When cold, roll out the dough using a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface. Use it to make a fruit pie, a savory chicken pot pie, hand pies or a large slab pie on a sheet pan.
