Kielbasa sausage, large shrimp, gold potatoes, and sweet corn get roasted on a sheet pan to make a tasty Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil.

Ingredients
8smallred potatoes, cut in half
8smallgold potatoes, cut in half
16ouncessmoked sausage, cut in 2-inch pieces
16ouncesshrimp, large, peeled and deveined
4earssweet corn, broken in half
1/4cupsalted butter, melted
2teaspoonsOld Bay seasoning
1tablespoonparsley, chopped
2mediumlemons, quartered
cocktail sauce, for dipping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 18x13-inch sheet pan lightly with cooking spray.
Wash and cut small potatoes in half. Place them cut-side down on the sheet pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
While potatoes are baking, cut or break the ears of corn in half, making 8 small ears. Boil them in a large pot for 5 minutes.
Clean the shrimp by removing the shells and tails, then, and devein the shrimp. Toss shrimp in a medium bowl with Old Bay seasoning to coat.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and add the corn, smoked sausage chunks and seasoned shrimp. Pour the melted butter over all ingredients on the sheet pan. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges. Recipe makes 4 servings.

Notes
Cover the sheet pan with aluminum foil before adding ingredients to it. Once the meal has been cooked and served, simply remove the foil and discard for easy cleanup.
