Strawberry Mimosa
Full of tiny bubbles and fruit flavors, this delightful Strawberry Mimosa is the perfect drink to celebrate your love on Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces champagne, chilled, or Prosecco
- 2 splashes grenadine, chilled
- 4 strawberries, notched to look like hearts, for garnish
Instructions
- For the garnish, wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut in half from top to bottom tip. Cut a notch near the stem end to create a heart shape. Put two or three strawberry hearts on a cocktail skewer and place one skewer in each fluted glass.
- Add champagne to fill two glasses with skewers. Add a splash of grenadine to the top of each cocktail and serve. Recipe makes 2 cocktails.
