Full of tiny bubbles and fruity flavors, this delightful Strawberry Mimosa is the perfect drink to celebrate your love on Valentine’s Day.

My husband and I celebrated Valentine’s Day last year at our favorite restaurant. It’s a quiet, elegant place with amazing food and even better cocktails. Their special drink-of-the-day was a Strawberry Mimosa. They called their twist on this classic cocktail, Mi Amor, which simply translates to My Love.
You’re going to love this showstopping cocktail because it tastes even better than it looks. Light and refreshing, bubbly and cool, it’s everything you’d want to accompany a romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day.
