Fresh Peach Salsa is a recipe that incorporates so many bright summer flavors, like tomato, peppers, red onion, cilantro and peach.

How do I make peach salsa?

The recipe is super simple to make and takes about 10 minutes from beginning to end. It is important to dice your ingredients small and uniform in size. This allows you to get a bite with all the flavors of the salsa. Once you have it all chopped, put it in a bowl and add the juice of one small lime.

Making Peach Salsa

Stir all ingredients and add a pinch of salt and black pepper to the salsa. Cover the salsa and put it in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve. Fresh Peach Salsa

Fresh peaches, tomatoes, red onion, peppers and cilantro come together to make a delicious summer salsa. Add a squeeze of lime to brighten the whole dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 large fresh peach (about 1 cup) skin removed, diced
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes seeds removed, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 small green or yellow pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (or parsley) chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeds removed diced (optional)
  • 1 lime
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Chop all ingredients and place them in a medium bowl.
  • Add the juice of one lime and stir. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate the salsa until ready to serve. Keep salsa in a airtight container for up to two days. It is best when served within a few hours.
