What’s needed:
CRUST– As a shortcut, use premade graham cracker pie crusts. There are 6 per pack and they hold up well to the filling and taste great. It’s a real time saver when making this fun fall dessert.
CREAM FILLING– Softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, milk and vanilla extract are used to make a creamy bottom layer for these little tarts.
APPLE TOPPING– Crisp, sweet apples are chopped and mixed with lemon juice, then cooked in a skillet with butter, brown sugar, and quick-cooking oats to make an apple topping for the tarts.
GARNISH– Add crushed graham cracker crumbs and whipped cream to the top of these sweet little treats to make it the perfect fall dessert.

- Place each mini graham cracker crust on a baking sheet. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, milk and vanilla with an electric hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Divide the cream mixture between the 6 crusts, spreading evenly.
- Peel and chop apple into small pieces, place in a small bowl and add lemon juice. In a medium non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium low heat. Add the apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon, cook for 6-8 minutes until soft and lightly golden. Add the quick-cooking oats and stir, cook for another two minutes. Remove apple mixture from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Spoon the apple topping over each tart. Sprinkle with crushed graham cracker crumbs or chopped pecans for added crunch. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired. Recipe makes 6 servings.

Ingredients
- 6 Keebler mini graham cracker pie crusts, 4-ounces
Cream Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespooons milk
Apple Topping:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large Honeycrisp apple, or two small apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, crushed, for garnish
- 1/2 cup whipped cream, for garnish
